Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between ESRS and VS?
ESRS is the standard for companies that must report on sustainability under the CSRD. VS is the EU's voluntary standard for companies that do not have to. The Cards supports both.
Does The Cards support the revised ESRS?
Yes, in both ESRS plans. The new regulation enters into force on 10 November 2026.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial account is open for 7 days. If you do not choose a plan, the account stays dormant for 60 days. Then it is deleted.
Can we use our own AI?
Yes. Claude and ChatGPT can connect to The Cards through MCP. They get the same access the person has in the app. Support for Copilot is on the way.
How do we pay?
By card. If you want an annual agreement with invoice for ESRS, contact us and we will arrange it.

Who is behind it
The Cards is built by Icons Of AB in Onsala, Sweden. The team has backgrounds from Chalmers, RISE, SKF and Microsoft and leads the technical development in the Vinnova project MASSIV+, which is about sharing climate data across value chains.
